The National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to announce the result of Joint Council for Scientific and Industrial Research National Eligibility Test (CSIR NET) 2024 for the June session soon. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their CSIR NET June 2024 results through the official website csirnet.nta.ac.in.
More than 225,000 students sat the exam, which was held on July 25, 26 and 27, 2024. The exam was held in two shifts: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. On July 27, the exam was held only in the first shift.
CSIR UGC NET exam was conducted at 348 centres in 187 cities. CSIR UGC NET results will soon be available on its official website. NTA will also share the final answer key and cutoff marks for each paper along with the result.
NTA will announce CSIR UGC NET 2024 result for five subjects – Earth, Atmospheric, Oceanic and Planetary Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences and Chemical Sciences.
The NTA will prepare the CSIR NET July 2024 result based on the final answer key which will be released after examining the objections of the candidates. The examination agency released the provisional answer key on the official website on August 8 and the objection window was opened on August 11.
The normalisation method will be used to prepare the CSIR NET results as the tests were conducted in two shifts. The examination is conducted every two years for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as Assistant Professor in universities and colleges and admission to PhD programmes.
