Access to airport lounges at 7 domestic airports was disrupted due to the suspension of services by Dreamfolks

A disruption in Dreamfolks services has resulted in passengers across the country facing issues in accessing airport lounges. In a statement, Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL), a subsidiary of the Adani Group, announced that it is “actively working” with banks to ensure the speedy resumption of these services, which were yet to be restored. The company runs seven airports across India, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram and Mangaluru. “Passengers at airports across India have experienced disruptions in access to lounges. This is due to the unexpected suspension of services by Dreamfolks Services Ltd, a lounge access provider associated with several banks, in violation of its service agreements with the affected airports,” the statement said.

AAHL noted that despite its ongoing efforts, “services through Dreamfolks have not yet been restored.” As a temporary solution, the statement mentioned that Adani-operated airport lounges currently accept all major debit and credit cards from other access providers.
