How to Make Cheddar Cheese Biscuits
This dish is super easy to prepare with just four simple ingredients. In a small bowl, toss roast beef slices with barbecue sauce. Separate each cookie into two layers: top half of the cookie with a slice of sharp cheddar cheese and roast beef. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the meat. Cover the meat and cheese with the remaining cracker layers and pinch the edges to seal. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown. Spread baked cookies with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.

- 1 (16.3 ounces) can of refrigerated cookies (8 units)
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 8 slices Cheddar

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, toss roast beef slices with barbecue sauce.
