Seyal Pav is a simple and delicious snack made using a day-old pav roll cooked in a tasty onion and tomato gravy. This popular Sindhi fast food is ideal for using up leftover pav and making a quick meal. Similar to Bread Upma, where bread slices are mixed with an onion and tomato masala, Seyal Pav adapts this concept using pav rolls. In Sindhi cuisine, it is also known as Seyal Double Roti.
