In the previous hearing held on September 20, the bench comprising CJI DY Chandrachud, Justices JB Pardiwala and Manoj Misra issued notice to the Center and NBE. The Court expressed dissatisfaction with the last minute changes made by the National Board of Education in the examination pattern. CJI questioned why the exam pattern was changed three days before the exam. “Students will suffer a crisis,” the CJI said.
