In this context, the cabinet approved the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Plan 2024 (RIPS-2024), which, according to it, is the most attractive investment promotion plan in the country in terms of incentives for investors.

He said necessary provisions have been made in RIPS-2024 to attract investments.

“The minimum investment limit for incentives under the standard service package in RIPS-2024 has been reduced from Rs 50 million to Rs 25 million. For tourism units, it has been further reduced to Rs 10 million” , the deputy CM said.

New and emerging sectors such as aerospace, defence, drones, semiconductors, agricultural technology and waste recycling have also been included in the policy.

“To bring transparency and uniformity in recruitment, it has been decided to increase the educational qualification for Class IV service and equivalent posts from 5th and 8th class to 10th and instead of carrying out their recruitment through interviews , it has been decided to conduct a written examination by the Rajasthan Personnel Selection Board,” he said.
