In SSC MTS recruitment, 18 forms were filled with a photo, AI caught a big game with the implementation of Live Photo.

The Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) exam of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and Havildar Recruitment 2024 in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Central Narcotics Bureau is proposed from September 30. Just three days before the exam, the SSC, with the help of AI (Artificial Intelligence), has identified around 1,300 applicants from across the country who have submitted more than one application using the same photograph.

If we talk about UP and Bihar which come under the central region of the Staff Selection Commission, then 598 candidates have submitted one or more applications with the same photo. A candidate has made 18 applications with the same photo. In this, applications were submitted from 12 Central Region and six from the Eastern Region. The Commission has rejected the applications of all these candidates. Earlier, the SSC used to take scanned photographs of recruitment applicants. The live photo system was implemented some time ago. After which, with the help of AI, the game of creating multiple apps by uploading the same photo was captured.

The first phase of computer-based examination for MTS in Central Government Ministries, Offices and Departments and Havildar in Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Central Narcotics Bureau will be held between September 30 and November 14. Under the Central Region Staff Selection Commission, a record 17,93,680 candidates were registered in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, accounting for 31.22 per cent of the 57,44,713 candidates registered across the country . The exam will be conducted in three shifts from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 102 scheduled centers in 19 cities of both states. 1202485 candidates will appear in the exam in 63 centers of UP and 591195 candidates in 39 centers of Bihar.
