According to the tech giant, legitimate creators will see the option to troubleshoot a hacked channel in YouTube’s Help Center. This tool will guide you through a series of questions about you and your channel to first secure your Google login and undo any changes the hacker made to your channel.
For now, this new tool is only available in English and certain troubleshooting features within the tool are only available to certain creators.

All you have to do is log in to your Google account. This will help you undo any changes made by the hacker, such as changing the channel name or deleting content.
