A stunning drone video has offered a fascinating glimpse into the raw power of a volcano in Iceland, which has erupted six times in just one year. The video, shared by Jeroen Van Nieuwenhove, a Belgian-Icelandic photographer, has captivated the internet with its mesmerising images.
The images show thick, fiery rivers of molten lava gushing forth, unleashing a captivating display of nature’s power and fury. Nieuwenhove shared the images on Instagram, describing the sight as “mind-blowing to watch.”
The caption read: “This particular stream really caught my eye. The various patterns and directions of movement are truly mind-blowing to watch. From top to bottom, I estimate the distance to be about 30 meters, depending on the altitude and lens I used.” He also assured viewers that his photos were not manipulated or faked.
