Citroen Basalt, which was recently launched in India, is a coupe SUV that directly competes with Tata Curvv. But if you compare Basalt with India’s best-selling SUV, where does it stand? In such a situation, today we will compare Maruti Suzuki Brezza with Citroen Basalt, the main reason being that the price of Basalt is less than Brezza.

Citroen Basalt vs Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Exterior

The Basalt is the first Indian-made coupe SUV in the mid-size SUV range. Its distinctive sloping roofline may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it certainly challenges conventional SUV design. The well design plays a major role in improving the Basalt’s aerodynamics. It features Citroen’s signature split headlamp design, with the iconic double chevron at the centre. The lighting setup is similar to its cousin, the C3 Aircross, which includes new LED projector headlights and an updated bumper. Despite being fitted with dual-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, the Basalt does not feature LED taillights.
