UGC NET Result: The UGC NET exam result has been released on the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. Candidates can check their result by entering the application number and date of birth. The subject-wise cutoff has also been released along with the result. UGC NET candidates have been demanding release of UGC NET result from NTA and UGC on social media for the past few days. They were registering their protest against the delay by tagging NTA and UGC. The candidates said that first the exam was canceled without any reason and now the result of the new exam is not published.
NTA conducted the UGC NET exam for the June session between August 21 and September 4. Earlier, the June session UGC NET exam was organized on June 18, 2024, but it was canceled due to suspected paper leak. However, later in the CBI investigation this evidence was found to be erroneous.

It can be seen from the final answer key that questions were removed from many subjects, including Political Science, Sociology, Music, Commerce, and Philosophy. Candidates were waiting for the final answer key for a long time because they said there were many errors in the answer key. Some candidates claimed that the answers to 30 out of 150 questions in some jobs were incorrect. In such a situation, along with the result, they were also waiting for the final answer key. Candidates can check their result by visiting ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
The UGC NET exam is conducted twice a year for Junior Professor and Assistant Professor scholarships in universities and other higher educational institutions across the country. From now on, the UGC NET score will also be accepted as PhD entrance proof.
