For what reasons did UPPSC PCS (J) 2022 release the revised result of Main examination for five students?

UPPSC PCS (J) 2022 has re-released the revised result of the main examination for those five students as the candidate Shravan Pandey had filed RTI after seeing its copy. A petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court stating that the writing in the answer sheet of the English subject had been changed and some pages of the second answer sheet were torn.
