RRB Railway NTPC Recruitment 2024: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has made several changes in the notification for NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment amidst the application process. The RRB has rectified the errors in the original notification of NTPC recruitment by issuing a correction. On page number 3 of the original notification, it is mentioned that the last date for making corrections in the form is 13th October 2024. Now the RRB has said that this date should be read as 25th October 2024. Similarly, the size of the photographs of the candidates and their signatures have also been changed. Earlier it was said that the candidate would have to upload his/her scanned photo in JPEG format between 20 KB to 50 KB, whereas now it has been said that instead of the photo size being between 20 KB to 50 KB, it will have to be between 30 KB to 70 KB. It should be in the middle.
Similarly, the size of the signature photo has also been changed. Earlier the signature photo had to be uploaded in JPEG format between 10 KB and 40 KB, while now it is said that it should be between 30 KB and 70 KB. Apart from this, the size of the certificates to be uploaded by reserved category candidates has also been changed. They will have to upload them in PDF format instead of JPEG. Their size can be up to 500 KB.
The website address has also been changed.
– www.rrbsiliguri.org should be read as www.rrbsiliguri.gov.in.
– www.rrbbpl.nic.in should be read as www.rrbbpl.gov.in.
In one place in the notification, Level 0 has been written for the position of Station Master; it should be read as Level 6.
Apart from this, minor corrections have been made in the reserved posts of Junior Accounts Assistant and Typist, Goods Train Manager, Senior Clerk and Typist, Commercial Manager and Ticket Supervisor.
The application process for this recruitment is being conducted on the RRB website www.rrbapply.gov.in. The last date for application is October 13, 2024. 8,113 vacancies have been released in the recruitment of Railways Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC), which came out after five years.

Freight Train Manager – 3144 Positions
Chief Sales and Ticketing Supervisor – 1736 positions
Senior Clerk and Typist – 732 posts
Junior Accounts Clerk and Typist – 1507 posts
