The Staff Selection Commission on Friday released the tier one result of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2024. 41,465 candidates cleared the computer-based tier one examination held from July 1 to 11. In this, 39,835 candidates were selected for the post of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC) and Junior Statistical Officer (JSA), while 1,630 candidates were selected for the post of Data Entry Operator. These candidates will appear in the tier two examination. 8,49,718 candidates from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar of the Central Region had applied for the CHSL examination. 4,54,500 candidates appeared for the examination held at 79 centres in 19 cities of both the states.
SSC has released the CHSL Tier-1 Answer Key on 18th July. 3712 vacancies will be filled in SSC CHSL Recruitment 2024. The schedule for Tier II (Computer Based Examination) will be released soon. There will be two sessions in Tier 2 where the first session will be a written test and the second will be a skill test/typing test (as per the release). The marks and final answer keys of the passed and failed candidates will soon be released on the Commission’s website.
