In Lucknow, people caught and beat up robbers who were roaming around in the guise of sadhus. The video of which is also going viral. In the video, people are beating the robbers. At the same time, the robbers are also folding their hands, despite this the public is beating them. The whole matter is of Mahura Saraiya village of Gosaiganj police station area.
The criminals are residents of Meerut
The robbers seen in the video have also been identified. According to which one’s name is Akshay, another’s name is Rakesh, the third’s name is Amit and one’s name is Sagar. All the robbers have also been identified. It is alleged that all of them used to commit crimes in the guise of sadhus.

DCP South Tej Swaroop Singh has also issued a statement regarding the incident. He said that on Saturday, criminals disguised as sadhus were caught in Mahura Saraiya village of Gosaiganj police station area at around 9 am.
They used to apply Tilak and feed the Prasad mixed with intoxicants
Whose names are Rakesh, Amit, Sagar and Akshay. All the criminals are residents of Meerut. All of them are around 25 years old. They were roaming around in the area in the guise of sadhus for the last several days. On Friday, these people applied tilak to a person and fed him a prasad mixed with intoxicants. Due to which he became unconscious. Then the criminals looted that person.
On Saturday also, these criminals were roaming around in the guise of sadhus. During this, the villagers caught them. After this, they beat them up and handed them over to the police. After which the police reached the spot and arrested all four. The police is investigating the matter. It is also trying to find out how many incidents these people have committed till now.
