Ghaziabad: In Ghaziabad, UP (UP News), police arrested two people including Bhupendra alias Pinky Chaudhary, who described himself as the national president of Hindu Raksha Dal. Pinky and his associates attacked a slum in Ghaziabad. He said that these slums belong to Bangladeshi nationals. They demolished the huts and set them on fire. People living in slums were beaten with sticks. When the video of this case went viral, Ghaziabad police took action and arrested Pinky Chaudhary. His other associates are being sought.

Ghaziabad News: After the video of the slum demolition and fighting went viral, the police investigated and found that Bangladeshis did not live in the slums. The people living there were from Shahjahanpur. Subsequently, an FIR was registered against the people who caused demolitions and arson in the slum and the main accused Pinky Choudhary was arrested. According to the police, Pinky Chaudhary is a storyteller. More than a dozen cases have been registered against her.
FIR for insulting religious sentiments
The slum that was attacked was near the railway station. The accused targeted it, calling it a hideout of Bangladeshi citizens. Some people demolished the slums under the leadership of Bhupendra Tomar alias Pinky Chaudhary, who described himself as the national president of Hindu Raksha Dal. They set fire there and beat people with sticks. Along with Pinky Choudhary, the police have also arrested another person, Badal alias Hariom, in this case. Ghaziabad Police Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra says there are 100 to 150 slums after the railway station in the Madhuban Bapudham police station area. It was here that the attack took place. FIRs have been registered against the accused in cases like rioting, causing grievous hurt, hurting religious sentiments, etc. The idea of imposing Rasuka on all is being considered.
