In Banda, Uttar Pradesh, a girl, upset with the dispute and blackmailing from her boyfriend, jumped from an overbridge. She was seriously injured in the incident and has been admitted to the hospital for treatment. In her statement, the victim told the police that she was molested on the pretext of marriage. She had gone to meet her boyfriend late at night, where they had an argument over something and she attempted suicide.
CCTV footage of this incident has also surfaced, where the girl is seen coming out of a house. Then she walks towards the overbridge and jumps off it. Whereas in her statement, the girl told the police that her boyfriend pushed her off the bridge.

The police have registered a case against the accused youth on the complaint of the girl’s family and arrested him. It is being told that the girl had gone to her lover’s house to meet him at 11 pm. During that time, there was a dispute between them over something. The police have registered a case against the accused youth and arrested him.
