They also caught the driver Anurag Gaurav and took him to Gandhi Maidan police station. During inspection by senior administrative officials, a Swift Dezire car entered through gate number one of Gandhi Maidan and came out after making one round. Considering it to be a security lapse, the police identified the car. During this time, information was received that the car belonged to Anil Kumar of Udaini village and Anurag was driving it. Following this, the police team reached Udaini village late on Sunday night, seized the car and arrested the driver. Gandhi Maidan police station in-charge Sitaram Prasad said the car has been seized.

In this case, three employees of the Elite Falcon Security Agency posted at gate number one, Amit Kumar, Narendra Nath Verma and Abhishek Kumar, have been suspended. These staff had allowed the car to enter without questioning it.

The seized car has an outstanding fine of Rs 11,500 for violating traffic rules five times. Apart from collecting the previous outstanding challan, a fresh fine will be imposed after checking all the documents of the car. The vehicle will be released only after this.
