The Staff Selection Commission, SSC, has released the examination dates for Multi-Task Staff (Non-Technical) and Havaldar (CBIC and CBN) Examination, 2024 on Tuesday, August 13. Candidates who are appearing for the examination can check the official notification on the website, ssc.gov.in.
According to the warningSSC MTS 2024 Exam will be conducted from 30th September to 14th November 2024.
The selection process will consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standards Test (PST). PET and PST are only for the post of Havaldar.
It is to be mentioned here that the SSC has increased the number of vacancies for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff from 4,887 to 6,144. Along with the 3,439 Havaldar vacancies, the total number of vacancies to be filled through the MTS and Havaldar 2024 exam now stands at 9,583.
Registration for the recruitment exam closed on August 3, 2024. The commission also changed the deadline for determining eligibility to August 3, instead of August 1.

Candidates between the age of 18 and 25 years were eligible to apply for the post of MTS. For the post of Havaldar, the age limit of candidates was between 18 and 27 years. Age relaxation was given to candidates from the reserved category.
Additionally, candidates were also required to pass the Class 10 final examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized board before the deadline of August 3, 2024 to be eligible to apply for the post.

Meanwhile, the correction window will open on August 16 and close on August 17, 2024.
