Candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) courses for the academic year 2024-25 can refer to the eligibility criteria given below.
Age limit: The candidate must be at least 17 years of age at the time of admission or have turned 17 on or before 31 December of the year of admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Medicine and Dentistry course. Candidates must have been born on or before 31 December 2007.
What is the educational qualification for Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2024?
Candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology and English individually as per the rules laid down by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and Dental Council of India (DCI) with minimum 50% marks combined in the qualifying examination. Candidates must secure a rank in the merit list of NEET (UG) 2024 for admission to undergraduate medical courses.
Minimum marks required in Physics, Chemistry and Biology, Biotechnology for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) or Other Backward Class (OBC – Non-Creamy Layer) candidates and General-EWS candidates. %. For Persons with Disabilities (PWD), the minimum marks required are also 40% as per NMC and DCI rules.
