The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the admit card for the new examination of UGC NET 2024 exam. Candidates can visit the official website of the agency to download the admit card. ugcnet.nta.nic.in will be continued. Before issuing the admit card, NTA will issue the exam city slip to the candidates. NTA has issued an official notification informing that the exam city slip for UGC NET 2024 exam will be released 10 days before the exam on the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
Many candidates are worried about when NTA will release the admit card for UGC NET exam. If the news is to be believed, NTA may release the admit card for UGC NET exam around August 15. It will be mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card with them to enter the examination centres, remember that without the admit card, students will not be allowed to enter the examination centres.
How to Check UGC NET 2024 Exam Admit Card
1. First of all, you need to go to the official website of the commission, ugcnet.nta.nic.in.
2. After that, you will see the UGC NET Admit Card 2024 link on the homepage. Click on the link.
3. After this, you will need to enter your application number and date of birth to log in.
4. Now the UGC NET admit card will open in front of you.
5. Now download your admission card.
6. After this, print your admit card for the exam.
UGC NET examination will be conducted through CBT. The examination will be held on 83 subjects from 21st August to 4th September 2024. The examination will be conducted in two shifts. The timing of the first shift is from 9 am to 12 pm and the timing of the second shift is from 3 pm to 6 pm. The agency is conducting UGC-NET in June 2024 for (i) ‘Grant of Junior Research Fellowship and Appointment as Assistant Professor’, (ii) ‘Grant of Appointment as Assistant Professor and Admission to Ph.D.’ and (iii) ‘Admission to Ph.D. only’.
