Udaipur violence: In the Udaipur stabbing case, the administration has taken significant action against the accused student. The administration bulldozed the illegal house of the accused in Diwanshah Colony, Khanjipir. The district administration took steps to demolish the properties of the accused involved in the Udaipur violence. What is the Udaipur case?

On Friday in Udaipur, a 10th grade student attacked his classmate with a knife. The student came to school with a knife in his bag and attacked another student. There was an argument between the two students over some issue for a few days. The injured student is undergoing treatment at the hospital, where his condition is stable. A team of three doctors was sent from Jaipur to Udaipur in a special plane to treat the injured student. Police said the student injured in the attack is being treated at the district hospital and the accused student has been arrested. Both students are minors.

Violence erupts in area after stabbing and internet outage

Following the stabbing incident, the situation has turned serious in the area. Amid communal tension, mobile internet services have been suspended for 24 hours in many areas of the district since Friday evening. Section 144 has been imposed. Holidays have been declared in all government and private schools in Udaipur till further orders.

Mobile internet services were suspended for 24 hours in Udaipur city, Bedla, Badgaon, Blecha, Debari, Eklingpura, Kanpur, Dhikli and Bhuwana from 10 pm on Friday evening.

After the stabbing, the angry mob set fire to many vehicles.

A tense situation arose in the area following the knife-bashing incident between students. Amid communal tension, the mob set several vehicles on fire and pelted stones. According to the police, members of some Hindu organisations gathered in the Madhuban area of ​​the city to protest against the incident. It said that the mob pelted stones and set three to four cars on fire. Some violent elements also pelted stones at a shopping mall, causing damage to the glass doors of the shops. At the same time, hundreds of people gathered in front of the government hospital and started raising slogans, following which the police dispersed the crowd. Additional policemen have been deployed in the city to maintain law and order.
