Ajmera Realty & Infra India receives CRISIL rating of A-/Stable

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd (ARIIL) has been given a CRISIL A-/Stable rating by CRISIL.

Currently, ARIIL is working on seven projects aggregating to approximately 11.31 lakh sq ft of saleable area.

Of these projects, five are more than 60% complete and overall progress towards completion is approximately 51%.

As of March 2024, 67% of the total saleable area has been sold. The company anticipates strong cash flows from positive sales momentum, which will support ongoing construction efforts.

Looking ahead, ARIIL has seven upcoming projects with a total area of ​​1.7 million sq ft and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,270 crore.

The approval process for these projects has already begun.

In addition, the company has a land bank of 11.1 million square feet.

Recently, ARIIL acquired a plot of land in Vikhroli, Mumbai from Tata Communications, for which it paid a stamp duty of ₹4.5 crore.

Commenting on the rating, Dhaval Ajmera, Director, Ajmera Realty & Infra India, said: “With a strong pipeline of projects and robust cash flows driven by pre-sale bookings, we are confident in our growth trajectory and aim to continuously outperform every quarter.”
