UP Police Constable Exam Guidelines 2024: UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 will be held in the state from August 23 to August 31, 2024. More than 48 lakh candidates will participate in this exam. UP Police will release the admit card for Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 tomorrow. Candidates must visit the official website uppbpb.gov.in to download their admit card. Apart from this, the board has released the guidelines for the exam.

Candidates are advised to follow these guidelines on exam day.

1. In the UP Police Constable Exam, candidates are required to carry the admit card and also a valid photo ID card like Aadhar Card, Passport or Driving Licence etc.

2. All candidates are required to report at the examination centres 2 hours prior to the commencement of the examination. It is very important that candidates who have not provided their Aadhaar number in the application form reach the examination centres two hours prior to the start of the examination for verification.

3. The examination centres will be closed 30 minutes before the start of the examination by the director of the centre. Candidates arriving late will not be allowed access.

4. The board has taken strict measures to conduct the exam in a transparent manner, so no candidate can take the exam in any other examination centre. If any candidate is found doing so, strict action will be taken against him/her.

5. Candidates must read and follow correctly all the information and instructions written on the admission card.

6. Candidates are advised to carry only those items permitted along with the admit card and not to carry any prohibited items.

7. If any candidate enters carrying any prohibited device or item, the Board will take strictest action against him.

8. The list of items which candidates are not allowed to carry with them are: Written materials, Photocopies, Pens, Pencils, Geometrical boxes, Calculators, Electronic gadgets, Mobile phones, Wallets, Purses, Match boxes, Cigarettes, Lighters, Jewellery, Gutkha, Caps, Food items, Earphones etc.

9. If at the time of the search an object is found with the candidate that is not suitable for taking to the examination, that candidate’s examination may also be cancelled.

10. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official website of the Board from time to time for examination related information.
