Tragic accident in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, 9 children died and 4 were injured due to wall collapse

Sagar Wall Collapse: 9 children died due to wall collapse in a horrific accident in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. In this incident two children are seriously injured. The age of the children who died in this accident is 10 to 14 years. It is said that these children were making a deadly Shivalinga near the temple in Shahpura. During this time all the children were hit by the falling wall.

Sagar Collector Deepak Arya said, “The incident occurred around 8.30 am. The wall fell on the children, resulting in 9 children dying and 2 are undergoing treatment in the hospital.”

Deputy CM Mohan Yadav expressed grief over the incident.

Expressing grief over this accident, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav writes on his social networking site XX: “Today, my heart is saddened to hear the news of death of 9 innocent children due to collapse of wall of a dilapidated house due to heavy rains in Shahpur of Sagar district. The district administration has been directed to provide proper treatment to the injured children. It is a sincere prayer to God to grant peace to the souls of the deceased children. I wish for the speedy recovery of other children injured in the accident. My deepest condolences to the families who have lost innocent children. The government will provide an assistance amount of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the deceased children.
