Animal Deleted Scene: It has been eight months since the release of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal and fans are still going crazy over the film. Animal has come back into the limelight after one of its deleted scenes surfaced on the internet.
This time, the buzz surrounding the film is related to a deleted scene posted by a user, who wondered why such an intense clip was removed from the film. Other users also wondered why the makers had removed such a touching scene from the film.
The viral scene shows a drunk Ranbir pouring himself a drink and moving towards the cockpit. He then pats the pilot on the shoulder and in the next scene, Ranbir is seen in the pilot’s seat with a cigarette in his mouth and everyone seems shocked by Ranbir’s act. This scene does not have any dialogue but the iconic song ‘Papa Meri Jaan’ plays in the background.
Fans are disappointed
Fans are disappointed and wonder why this scene was not part of the film. Some believe that this scene would have given power to the film.
One user wrote: “This scene of the plane ascending symbolizes that the story is reaching new heights from now on.”
Another user seemed upset with Sandeep and wrote, “I won’t forgive @imvangasandeep anna for removing this scene from the movie, it’s a pure display of Ranbir showing his silence and agony after killing his brother, especially that takeoff at the end.”
One user said that Sandeep is a mad genius and wrote, “You can also see a similar scene in the movie when the plane was about to hit a mountain and it takes off. And the story takes off to the next level. @imvangasandeep is a mad genius. Period.”
“I would love to see the director’s cut of this movie @TSeries,” while one user asked “Anna, why Anna?” another user commented.
“He himself regrets having watched the interview with Komal Nahata where he wanted to restore the 3:30 hour film, but Netflix just changed its policy regarding Directors Cut, which is why we couldn’t see this scene,” wrote another user.

Animal is an upcoming Hindi-language action drama film co-written and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and produced under the banner of T-Series Films, Bhadrakali Pictures and Cine1 Studios. It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandana and Triptii Dimri in the lead roles.
The film revolves around an industrial father who has a troubled relationship with his son and is very harsh on him. The relationship becomes even more complicated when someone tries to attack the father.
Animal was released in theatres on December 1, 2023 and was made on a budget of Rs 100 crore, and ended up grossing over Rs 900 crore.
