TCS launches its latest Pace Studio in Stockholm, the first in the Nordic region | Company News

TCS Pace Studio fosters a startup culture as an incubator that solves problems and creates business opportunities.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Tuesday announced the launch of a Pace Studio in Stockholm to offer clients in the Nordic region access to its innovation ecosystem. This is the IT company’s fourth international Pace Studio and the first in the Nordic region.

TCS Pace Studio fosters a startup culture as an incubator that solves problems and creates business opportunities. The network includes three other TCS Pace Studios in Riyadh, Sydney and Letterkenny (Ireland) and seven TCS Pace Ports in Tokyo, Amsterdam, New York, Pittsburgh, Toronto, London and Paris.

The new TCS Pace Studio in Stockholm will offer innovation capabilities, including consulting, design and implementation. It will enable the company’s regional clients to explore, develop new propositions, create demonstrations and refine their models and strategies.

TCS Pace Studio Stockholm is located in Epicenter House of Innovation, a hub for over 600 technology companies and entrepreneurs.

“We are delighted to welcome TCS Pace Studio to the Epicenter community,” said Oskar Gillström, Country Manager, Epicenter Stockholm. “TCS’ new space is a great representation of our mission as an innovation hub to drive collaboration between companies and future-oriented leaders in the Swedish business environment.”

TCS Pace Network Innovation Hubs leverage TCS’s methodologies, global knowledge, research, intellectual property and Co-Innovation Network (COIN), which fosters collaboration between local startups, entrepreneurs and academics.

“TCS Pace Studio represents our ongoing commitment to building co-innovation facilities close to our customers. The TCS Pace Studio in Stockholm will enable Swedish organizations to collaborate with TCS’s research and innovation ecosystem to develop novel solutions across a wide range of disciplines, at speed and scale,” said Harrick Vin, CTO, TCS.

TCS said its investment in Sweden underlines its dedication to supporting the country’s business and technology ecosystem and its sustainability goals. Sweden was ranked second in WIPO’s Global Innovation Index 2023, making Stockholm the ideal location for the new TCS Pace Studio.

“Sweden is one of the fastest growing business environments in Europe, with a long history of innovation and investment in technology. Establishing our TCS Pace Studio in Stockholm represents our commitment to contribute significantly to business growth and economic prosperity in the region and the Nordics,” said Shreerang Talekar, Head of TCS Sweden and the Nordics.

The new TCS Pace Studio in Stockholm strengthens TCS’ presence in the Nordic region, where it has had a strong presence since 1991. More than 20,000 TCS employees support companies in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.
