The Railway Recruitment Board has invited applications for the recruitment of various categories of paramedical staff. Candidates who wish to apply for the posts will have to register through the regional websites of the Board. This recruitment drive will fill 1376 posts in the organisation.
RRB Medical Assistant Recruitment 2024: Apply for Nursing Superintendent 1376 and other positions
The application process started on August 17 and will end on September 16, 2024. Read below for eligibility, selection process, and other details.
The selection process consists of a computer-based test followed by document verification and medical examination. Shortlisting of candidates for evidence-based assessment and medical examination will be done by RRB at the rate of 1:1 from the vacancies for that RRB. It will be based on their merits in the CBT test. Normalisation of marks will be done for the CBT test conducted in multiple shifts. There will be negative marking (@1/3rd of marks for each wrong answer) in the CBT test. Candidates shortlisted for evidence-based assessment will be informed through the official websites of the RRB as well as through SMS and email.
Application fee
The application fee for all candidates is ₹500/-. For candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Women, Transgenders, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC), the application fee is ₹250/-. Payment of fees can be made through internet banking, debit/credit cards or UPI. For more details, candidates can refer to the official website of RRB.
