Haryana Staff Selection Commission: Recruitment for 50,000 posts to be started soon: Haryana CM

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said on Saturday that his government will soon start the recruitment process to fill 50,000 vacant posts in the state. The Prime Minister stressed the continuity of the “transparent” recruitment system for government jobs.

The state government is going to provide 50,000 new employment opportunities, Saini said, adding that the present administration has provided jobs in merit basis Without any discrimination.

“It is a matter of pride that the confidence of youth in the functioning of the government has increased as they are getting government jobs without any ‘kharchi-parchi’ (bribery or favouritism) that was prevalent in previous administrations,” he said.

He also criticised the pre-2014 governments for neglecting such families.

On May 31, the High Court declared unconstitutional the socio-economic criteria prescribed by the Haryana government for granting additional qualifications to certain classes of candidates in state government jobs.
