Death of Matthew Perry: The actor, best known for his role as Chandler Bing on the 1990s sitcom FRIENDS, He was found dead at his Los Angeles residence in October last year. In the latest update related to the investigation into the case, unclassified court documents revealed how his assistant Kenny Iwamasa was helping Perry obtain ketamine through various sources.

What do the court documents reveal?

According to reports in the documents, Matthew PerryIwamasa’s assistant asked for more ketamine almost every day. At least once he was involved in illegal drug transactions in the early hours of the morning.

Court documents also revealed that Matthew Perry and Kenny Iwamasa spent at least $55,000 on 55 vials of ketamine and numerous injections in the 29 days prior to the actor’s death.

The actor and Iwamasa reportedly met with the now-arrested doctor known as “Dr. P.” (whose real name is Dr. Salvador Plasencia) in a parking lot to receive ketamine injections in the back of a car. Meanwhile, the doctor and Perry’s assistant exchanged thousands of dollars in cash for bottles of the drug, which the Food and Drug Administration has approved for use as a general anesthetic.

Additionally, Dr. P. went to Perry’s home on multiple occasions to inject him, once even just hours after Perry had already received a ketamine infusion treatment, and the double administration caused a sudden spike in his systolic blood pressure and left him unable to speak or move.

Additional details from court documents

Doctors said that just nine days after illegally purchasing 25 vials of ketamine from his source, Iwamasa illegally purchased another 25 vials for $6,000. According to the document’s timeline, he injected Matthew Perry more than six times on the same day. Over the course of the next 72 hours, he injected him at least 18 more times.

On October 28, the day of Perry’s death, his assistant reportedly injected him at least three more times, causing his death by drowning. Perry’s last words to Iwamasa were: “Give me a big one.”
