IBPS conducted the SO 2023 preliminary exam on December 30 to fill a total of 1402 vacancies for the post of Specialist Officer (SO). The results will be available on the official website from January 16 to January 24, 2024. To access the SO 2023 preliminary result, candidates can follow the step-by-step process mentioned below:

2. Click on the link for IBPS SO 2023 Preliminary Result on the home page
3. You will be redirected to a new page where you must enter your ‘Registration Number’ and ‘Password’
4. Your IBPS SO 2024 result will be displayed on the screen

A. Main Examination for the post of Legal Officer, Information Technology Officer, Agriculture Field Officer, Human Resources/Personnel Officer and Marketing Officer.
B. Main Examination for the post of Rajbhasha Adhikari.
In objective tests, incorrect answers will be penalized. For each question answered incorrectly, a quarter or 0.25 of the score assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty. If any question is left unanswered, there will be no penalty.
The marks obtained in the main online examination will be taken into account for the shortlisting of candidates for interviews and for the final merit list.
