Exams halted due to Bharat Bandh: The fourth phase of the Constable recruitment exam ended on Sunday. Students who appeared for the exam said that compared to last time, the Science and English question papers this time were much tougher. While the GK, GS and Hindi question papers were quite easy, their preparation was time-consuming. Raj, a resident of Arrah, said that the question paper was easy to moderate.
Many questions in Biology were quite difficult. The question papers were set as per the syllabus. Pritam said that many questions in English and Maths confused him a lot, due to which it took him a long time to solve the questions.
Students were deprived of many exams due to Bharat Bandh
Due to Bharat Bandh, many students had to face problems and some even had to miss the exam. At the same time, students who returned after conducting the exam had to return on foot as they could not arrange transport. Nirma Kumari, a student who had come from Allahabad to appear for the exam at AN College Centre in Patna, could not appear for the exam due to the delay of the train and non-availability of a car.
Moreover, many students remained deprived of the exam. Students returning after giving exams had to face Bharat Bandh protests. Due to limited availability of transport vehicles, students faced a lot of problems. Many students said that they had come to know about Bharat Bandh only yesterday, so they had reached the centre on Tuesday evening.
Exam disruption due to Bharat Bandh: Police on alert over paper leak
A total of 545 centres were set up in all 38 districts of the state. The police were on alert mode after the paper leak. Let us tell you that the candidates had to reach the examination centre an hour before. The entry was given from 9:30 am to 11 am. After this, no candidate was allowed to enter. The cut-off marks in the Bihar Police Constable exam will be released along with the final answer key. It will now be organised in a single shift on August 25 and 28. Admit cards have been issued to 17 lakh 87 thousand 720 candidates. The cut-off marks will vary depending on the category of the candidate and the number of vacancies available.
