Kohli in ODI in 2023
Kohli amassed 1,377 runs in ODIs in 2023 at a staggering average of 72.47 and a strike rate of 99.13 in 24 outings. That included six centuries and eight fifties. He was in sublime form throughout the 2023 season. ODI World Cup Also, in the ODI WC, he was the leading run-scorer with 765 runs at an average of 95.62. Kohli was also awarded the ICC ODI Player of the Year award. Kohli also played an important role for India. Asian Cup Triumph in 2023, scoring an unbeaten 122* from 94 balls against arch rivals Pakistan in a crucial match of the Super Four phase.
