Ford Endeavour Tremor Edition with 3.0-litre turbodiesel V6 announced

Ford Endeavor Tremor Edition announced in Australia

Ford Australia has announced the upcoming launch of the Everest (previously sold as Endeavour in India) Tremor, a rugged and capable off-roader. Inspired by its successful Ranger Raptor counterpart, the Everest Tremor offers a distinctive and capable option within the brand’s SUV line-up. This enhanced version of the Everest will be available exclusively in the Australian market.

Powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbodiesel engine, the Everest Tremor delivers impressive performance with 184 kW (246 PS) of power and 600 Nm of torque. Position-sensitive Bilstein dampers, new springs and General Grabber AT3 all-terrain tyres provide enhanced off-road capabilities, resulting in an additional 26 mm of ground clearance compared to the standard Everest.

The Everest Tremor features an exclusive Rock Crawl drive mode, optimized for traction and momentum on loose, rocky terrain. Its rugged exterior design includes a distinctive honeycomb grille, LED auxiliary lights, a steel skid plate, heavy-duty side steps and Tremor badging, creating a bold, commanding presence.

While maintaining its impressive 3500kg braked towing capacity, the Everest Tremor also offers a premium interior with embossed leather-trimmed seats, ebony accents and all-weather floor mats.

The Everest Tremor will be equipped with a selectable drive modes system, the latest SYNC 4 infotainment platform and Ford’s comprehensive suite of safety technologies. Priced from $76,590 plus on-road costs, customers can also choose from a range of optional extras, including a rough terrain package, a Touring package, a premium seating package and a towing package.

The Everest Tremor is expected to be available in Commando Gray only, with production set to begin in November of this year.
