Often on social media we come across adorable and relatable family interactions. However, sometimes we may also disagree with the way some situations are handled in viral videos. Recently, a clip showing a “showdown” between a father and his son has taken Instagram by storm and has got many users talking about it. In the clip shared by Nakeithian Phillips, we see a little boy standing on the open door of an oven with tongs in his hand. A bowl full of meat You can see that half of the bread is out of the oven and is leaning against the children’s legs. It may seem that the child tried to take the food out.

The father orders the boy to get off the oven door and scolds him. The boy doesn’t respond, but does as he’s told. He then walks away. The caption reads: “Finally caught him in ACTION! Evidence in his mouth!”

The interaction has generated a lot of interest online. The video has registered more than 55 million views so far. In the comments, users shared their opinions on the boy’s behavior. Several criticized the father for yelling at the boy, while others defended him because they felt it was justified given the circumstances.
