Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examinations Board (BCECEB) has postponed the mop-up counselling for Diploma Certificate Competitive Entrance Examination (DCECE) 2024, which was scheduled to begin from August 26. New dates for mop-up counselling for admission in public and private polytechnics will be notified soon. Also, BCECEB has revised the results of provisional seat allotment of the first round for DCECE (PE)-2024. The original results released on August 5 contained errors which have now been rectified. You must download your revised provisional seat allotment order and complete the admission process at your reporting centre by 28 August. Failure to meet this deadline will result in cancellation of the allotted seats and disqualification for the second round of counselling. For 67 candidates, the allotted institutions, branches, categories or allotment remarks have changed in the revised result compared to the initial allotment.
These candidates will be required to withdraw from previously assigned institutes and complete document verification at their new institutes by August 28. The revised results include new allocations for seven candidates who were not previously assigned seats.
