He Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee Institute of Technology Registration for the Engineering Graduate Aptitude Test will begin, DOOR 2025 exam tomorrow, August 28. Earlier, registration was supposed to begin on August 24, 2024. However, IIT Roorkee announced that the date has been postponed to August 28. The last date to submit the form without a late fee is September 26 and the extended closing date with a late fee is October 7, 2024. As scheduled, DOOR The 2025 exam will be held on February 1, 2, 15 and 16. The exam will be held in two shifts, between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on all dates.

GATE 2025: Eligibility Criteria

There is no age limit to appear for GATE 2025 exam. Candidates who are studying in the third year of any undergraduate degree programme or have completed any government approved degree programme in Engineering/Technology/Architecture/Science/Commerce/Arts/Humanities are eligible to appear for GATE 2025 exam.

  1. Go to the official website of IIT GATE at door2025.iitr.ac.in.
  2. On the home page, click on the GATE 2025 registration link
  3. Enter the registration details and click submit
  4. Fill out the application form and pay the fee
  5. Click submit and download the confirmation page.
  6. Take the printed copy for future reference.

GATE 2025 Exam Pattern and Application Fee

For female/SC/ST/PwD category candidates for regular period, the application fee is Rs 900. For other candidates, the application fee is Rs 1800 for regular period and Rs 2300 for extended period.

The exam will consist of a total of 30 papers, which include full-length papers and midterm papers. The candidate can appear for one or up to two papers. The exam will be conducted in CBT mode in English for three hours. The exam will consist of two sections: General Aptitude (GA) and Subjects selected by the candidate.
