Maple Pecan Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Chopped pomegranate seeds and pecans
Instructions
- Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and beat well.
- Add the oats to the mixture and stir well again.
- Place the mixture in a glass jar leaving some room for it to expand overnight.
- Place it in the refrigerator overnight to set.
- Remove from the refrigerator, top with chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
Overnight oats with banana
Ingredient
- 1 banana
- 5 almonds
- 5 cashew nuts
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- Pinch of ground cinnamon

Method
- Mash the banana
- Chopped walnuts

Method
- Divide the oats, chia seeds and flax into two portions.
