GATE 2025 Registration: The registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 begins from today. Interested and eligible candidates who want to appear for the exam can register for the exam by visiting the official website of GATE 2025.
How to apply for GATE 2025?
step 1. Visit the official website of GATE: gate2025.iitr.ac.in
Step 2. Click on the “GATE Registration 2025” link on the home page
Step 3. Now click on News Registration and fill in the required details to generate the application number and password.
Step 4. Now login with the system generated application number and fill the GATE 2025 application form.
Step 5. Pay the application fee and submit the application form
Step 6: Please download the application form and save it for future reference.
What is the application fee for GATE 2025?
Candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,800 for registration in GATE 2025. After the deadline, the exam fee will be Rs 2,300. The exam fee for women, SC, ST and PWD candidates is Rs 900, which will be increased to Rs 1,400 after September 26.
What is the exam pattern for GATE 2025?
GATE 2025 will be conducted in Computer-Based Testing (CBT) mode. The duration of the exam will be 3 hours. As per the official notification, candidates will have 30 subjects to choose from and candidates will be allowed to apply for a maximum of two exams. Two combinations of tests have to be selected from the list available on the official website.
