Pakhi Hegde made her Bhojpuri debut with director Gyan Sahay’s film ‘Bairi Piya’. Even before entering the world of films, the actress was married and a mother of two children.
To make a name for herself in the film world, Pakhi kept her married life and children out of the limelight. This was the reason why actress Dinesh Lal Yadav’s name also started being associated with Nirahua.
People liked the chemistry between Pakhi Hegde and Nirahua in the films so much that they started considering them as husband and wife in real life. Pakhi herself had admitted this in an old interview.
Pakhi Hegde did many films one after another with Nirahua. She appeared with the actor in many films like Nirahua Rickshawala, Loafer, Nirahua Mail and Maine Dil Tujhko Diya.
Apart from this, Pakhi also worked with Pawan Singh and Ravi Kishan. The actress was seen with Amitabh Bachchan in the film Ganga Devi.
Even after achieving huge popularity, Pakhi bid adieu to the Bhojpuri film industry and became active on the small screen.
In November 2023, the actress opened her own NGO in her name that works for women empowerment. While making a post, Pakhi Hegde said that it was her dream to open this NGO.
