Sharing the news on X (formerly Twitter), Motorola India said that the moto razr 50 will be launched on September 9 in the country. It will be available on Amazon and all major retail stores.

The smartphone was first launched in China in December 2023 alongside the moto razr 50 ultra. While Motorola launched The most expensive Moto Razr 50 Ultra will arrive in India in JulyThere was no mention of the younger brother also coming to the country.
Moto Razr 50 Specs
Compared to the Moto Razr 40, the Moto Razr 50 has a larger cover display this year with a 3.6-inch POLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. Its predecessor’s display was a 1.5-inch banner-style rectangle.
The main display is a 6.9-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3,000 nits of peak brightness.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset and has up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The main camera is 50MP and is located inside the cover display cutout, along with a 13MP ultra-wide lens. On the main display is a 32MP selfie shooter.
It packs a 4,200mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
The Moto Razr 50 is priced in China at 3,699 Yuan (roughly ₹42,517) for the 8GB + 256GB version and 3,999 Yuan (roughly ₹45,965) for the 12GB + 512GB version. It is available in Moon Velvet Black, Elephant Gray, and Passion Orange colour options.
However, given the higher price of the Moto Razr 50 Ultra, the Moto Razr 50 is also expected to be a bit more expensive than its Chinese variant. I am willing to bet my money that it will be around the Rs 60,000-70,000 mark.
