Kolkata doctor murder case: CBI on Thursday conducted a polygraph test on two guards in the rape and murder case of a junior doctor at RG Kar Hospital, Kolkata. These two private guards were posted at the hospital. Both of them were on duty at the emergency building of the hospital on the day of the incident. The body of a woman doctor was found in the seminar room located on the fourth floor of this building.
First, court permission was obtained and then the test was carried out.
Permission has been obtained from the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) of Sealdah to conduct polygraph tests on both the security personnel. Polygraph test has already been conducted on civic volunteer Sanjay Rai, former director of RG Kar, Dr Sandeep Ghosh, four junior doctors, a civic volunteer considered close to accused Rai and Assistant Sub-Inspector of Kolkata Police, Anoop Dutta, arrested in this case. In this case, a total of 10 persons have been conducted polygraph test so far.
