Hyderabad-based HR technology SaaS platform Darwinbox has promoted its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Vineet Singh, to the position of co-founder.

In his new role, Singh will work to accelerate technology innovations, incorporating AI as a platform capability to deliver better experience and contextual intelligence.

Vineet Singh’s role in Darwinbox

Vineet Singh joined Darwinbox in 2015 and has played a crucial role in scaling the platform into a full-fledged Human Capital Management (HCM) suite.

For the past six years, Singh has led the company’s engineering and research and development (R&D) teams, growing them into a 400-member unit. His contributions have been instrumental in realizing the company’s vision of creating a world-standard enterprise technology product from India.

Over the years, he has played an active role in areas beyond technology to positively impact Darwinbox’s growth,” Peddi added.
