ECOS Mobility IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of chauffeur-driven car rental service provider ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited was subscribed over 64 times on the third and final day today, as per BSE data. The IPO of the Delhi NCR-based company opened for subscription on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, and closed today, August 30, 2024.

The ECOS Mobility IPO is offering up to 18,000,000 shares. The company has allotted up to 50 percent of the shares in the public issue to qualified institutional buyers (QIBs), up to 15 percent to non-institutional institutional investors (NIIs) and a minimum of 35 percent of the offer is reserved for retail investors.

ECOS Mobility IPO Subscription Status

On the third and final day of auctions, the IPO of ECOS Mobility was subscribed 64.26 times. The portion reserved for QIB was the most subscribed at 136.85 times, the portion reserved for NII was registered 71.23 times and the portion reserved for retail investors was registered 19.79 times. The IPO received 80,968,4392 applications for shares as against 1,260,000 shares offered on Friday.
