DU UG Admission 2024: Delhi University CSAS Round 3 Schedule, 75,083 Seats Allotted So Far

University of DelhiDU has released the schedule for the next round of admissions under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for the academic year 2024-25. As per the schedule, DU will open the upgrade window today at 5:00 pm and close it on September 1 at 4:59 pm. In between this period, candidates who have participated in round I and round II can opt for an upgrade to a higher preference. Apart from this, candidates can also re-rank their preferred combinations of programmes and colleges that are ranked higher than the one allotted to them.
If the candidate gets an upgraded seat, his/her admission will be processed at the university level. Admission will be finalized only after paying the required fee. DU will release the upgraded allotments on September 3 at 5 pm. Candidates will have time till September 4 at 4:59 pm to accept their allotted seats. The last date for paying admission fees online is Friday, September 6, 2024 at 4:59 pm.

The University of Delhi will release the list of vacant seats on 7th September 2024. The third round of DU CSAS allotments will be announced on 11th September 2024. Candidates must accept their allotted seats by 4:59 pm on Friday, 13th September 2024.
So far, 75,083 students have secured admission in various undergraduate courses at Delhi University for the academic session 2024-25. “As many as 75,083 students have secured admission in various undergraduate courses at Delhi University for the academic year 2024-25 in the first two rounds,” DU dean of admissions Haneet Gandhi told ANI.
