Ecos Mobility and Hospitality’s IPO received an overwhelming response from investors, with a 64 times subscription rate at closing, driven by significant interest from non-institutional investors. Ecos Mobility has been providing chauffeur-driven car rental and employee transportation services to corporate clients, including Fortune 500 companies in India, for over 25 years. The company operates a fleet of over 9,000 vehicles, ranging from economy cars to luxury coaches, including brands such as Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The fleet also includes specialty vehicles such as luggage vans, limousines, vintage cars and accessible transportation for people with disabilities.

Ecos Mobility serves a variety of industries including IT, BPO, Global Capacity Centres (GCC), Consulting, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Pharmaceuticals, Legal Services and Manufacturing. Notable clients include HCL Corp, HDFC Life, Thomas Cook India and WM Global Tech.

For FY24, the company’s operating income grew 31% year-on-year to Rs 554 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) grew 43% to Rs 62.5 crore.
