Here, Jaipur Meteorological Centre Director Radheshyam Sharma said, “A new low pressure system has formed in the Bay of Bengal off the coast of Andhra Pradesh in Orissa.” He further said that this system will become stronger in the next 24 hours and will reach the low well mark. Sharma said, “This system is now moving northwestwards. Due to the effect of this system, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in many parts of Rajasthan.”
There will also be good rains in the state in September.
The Jaipur Meteorological Centre has forecast light rain and cloudy sky in the northeast of the state on Saturday. There is a possibility of dry weather and sunshine in some districts. Let us tell you that so far the total monsoon rainfall in Rajasthan has been more than 50 per cent of the normal. However, the good thing is that there are chances of normal rainfall in the state in the month of September as well.
