There is still no official confirmation on the date and time of the results. The exam was held on July 25, 26 and 27 and the provisional answer code has already been published. The result will be announced soon.

The first two days, the exam was held in two shifts: the first shift from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the second shift from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. On July 27, the exam was held only in the first shift.

The exam was conducted in 348 centres in 187 cities and for 225,335 candidates.

The provisional answer key of CSIR NET was released on August 9 and the objection window closed on August 11. Candidates were able to submit their comments on the provisional answer key by paying a fee. 200 per objection.

The agency said subject matter experts will verify the objections and, if found correct, the final answer key will be revised.
