This Thai company offers paid “Tinder leave” to its employees

A Thailand-based company has come up with a creative idea to boost employee productivity: a paid “Tinder leave”!

This initiative, launched by marketing agency Whiteline Group at the beginning of July and running until the end of the year, aims to improve employee well-being and increase productivity.

The company has not specified the exact number of days of leave, but has confirmed that it will cover the cost of premium Tinder Gold and Tinder Platinum subscriptions for all employees.

“Our employees can use Tinder Leave to date,” the company announced in a LinkedIn post.

Management introduced this idea after hearing an employee mention that she was too busy to date. In response, the company now allows staff to take time off, both day and night, to date. Employees only need to give a week’s notice before taking their “Tinder leave.”

Additionally, Whiteline Group offers its employees six months of paid subscriptions to Tinder Platinum and Tinder Gold. These premium subscriptions offer features such as the ability to connect with people around the world and send a note with every Super Like.

This offer is available to employees who have completed their probationary periods and who join between July 9 and December 31 of this year.

Installations like these aim to improve employee creativity and productivity, which ultimately leads to better results.
