These days, a wolf-like animal has become the cause of panic among the people of Khijarsarai, Gaya. This animal comes out in packs and attacks people. These animals have attacked half a dozen people. The Forest Department is constantly trying to catch these animals. Here there is fear of jackals in Muzaffarpur. Here more than half a dozen people have been bitten by jackals.

Wolf-like animal trapped in cage

On Saturday, a wolf-like animal was trapped in the cage installed by the Forest Department at Maqsoodpur Fort of Khijrasarai in Gaya district. However, no one has confirmed whether it is a wolf or something else. It is noteworthy that the villagers of the said village are worried about the terror of wolves since the last 15 days. Till now, the wolf has attacked half a dozen people. To catch the wolf, the forest department has installed cages at various places in the fort. The wolf cub was captured two days ago. But, due to the negligence of the forest department, the boy escaped from the cage and ran towards the ruins of the fort.

Panic in Mushahari village in Bangra, MLA and Ranger take stock

In Hasan Chak Bangra village of Sherpur Panchayat of Mushahari block in Muzaffarpur, the local people are in a state of fear due to the terror of jackals since August. So far, dozens of people have been bitten and injured by jackals. Due to this, it is becoming difficult for the locals to go out of their houses without sticks. On Saturday, Forest Department ranger Pankaj Kumar and MLA Amar Kumar Paswan along with a team of veterinary doctors also reached the spot. The MLA gave necessary instructions to the people of the department. He told the local people that there is no need to be afraid. Necessary work is being done for their safety.

Forest clearing was carried out amid the terror of jackals

After the Golden Jackal terror at Hasan Chak Bangra, Muzaffarpur, the people here cleared the forest near the canal with JCB. A group of villagers has formed who roam around armed with sticks in the morning and evening. The forest department team is also clearing the forest with the help of JCB. People have formed teams here and are monitoring day and night.
